| The company was founded in 1955, specialised right from the start in the construction of mechanical parts with special emphasis on gears and linkages. In 1985 the original owners, no longer interested in pursuing the activity, sold the trademark to a group of partners that included Mr Germano Gares, a company employee since 1970. This natural passage ensured that “Nuova Ruote Dentate” retains the wealth of experience built up in the previous life of the company.
